We respect individual, cultural and role differences including (but not excluding) those involving age, disability, education, ethnicity, gender, language, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital, family or socio-economic status. We treat our colleagues, competitors and the coaching profession with respect.
- Confidentiality
We hold all client information in the strictest confidence, within the limits of the law. We record, process and store confidential information in a secure way to protect from disclosure. We will only make audio, video or photographic recordings of clients only with explicit permission. The names of our clients are confidential unless they permit us to use them.
- Integrity
We value honesty, accuracy, clarity and fairness in our interactions with all individuals and seek to foster a positive professional relationship based on trust and reliability with those we come into contact with.
- Collaboration
We will work collaboratively with our clients to form a learning partnership, to focus and assist clients in the fulfillment of their goals
- Responsibility
We understand and value our responsibility to our clients, to work within our professional boundaries and will only provide services that we are qualified to, by training and/or experience. We are knowledgeable about referral resources so that satisfactory referrals can be initiated if needed. We will also be aware of potential conflicts of interest, and will not enter into a coaching relationship if we feel our professional objectivity is compromised.
- Clarity
We aim to ensure that clients are aware of the details of each contract from the outset; we will detail costs, methods of payment and the terms of the client/coach relationship in a written proposal for approval
- Continued Professional Development
We value exceptionally high standards of competence and strive to continually learn and improve our knowledge, skills, training and education in relevant areas.
- Termination
We respect the Client’s right to terminate coaching at any point during the coaching process.
