Sally is an executive, life coach and supervisor with a unique blend of skills and experience gathered from over 30 years of working with people. What makes her unique is the length and depth of her experience of working with people in a transformative way. Her training and experience has led to an in depth understanding of what it is to be human and what it takes to thrive in the 21st century. She excels at creating an environment where people are able to grow beyond what they think are possible and increase their awareness, effectiveness, personal satisfaction and fulfilment

Her early therapeutic work was with children and families and she is a qualified social worker. She went on to become an acupuncturist, supervisor, trainer and coach. As a coach Sally works internationally and clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds - corporate, the arts and the helping professions, including the Police, the National Health Service and other trainers and coaches. As a supervisor she co-leads a national supervision training course as well as supervising coaches and health practitioners individually and in groups. As an acupuncturist she ran successful practices for 25 years. During this time she worked and studied in China, and was a sort after lecturer, supervisor and tutor.

Sally has been Supervising and Mentoring for over 10 years continues to update and develop her supervisory skills with The Centre for Staff Team Development (The Bath Consultancy Group).She has worked as coach since 2001 and trained with Landmark education and International Teaching Seminars (ITS), a leading international Coaching and NLP and training organisation. She is a certified NLP practitioner.

Acceptance of what is and of self. SO easy to say!
The thing people would be surpised to know about me is:
I lLOVE science. On holiday I will be found reading books on micro-biology, physics, physiology…and others. Far more gripping than novels!
My greatest challenge to date:
Being a parent
My 3 word philosophy on life:
Go for it – this is not a rehearsal.
My proudest moment:
There are three of them, in 1982, 1985 and 1988 and they are called Emily, Hetty and Phoebe
